For over 15 years, Betsy Manley has helped metro Atlanta families find and create the homes of their dreams. Her career began at the University of Georgia when as a student, Betsy started working for real estate investors in Athens. These investors covered everything from coin laundries, to apartment communities and rental homes. Her time working in Athens allowed her to combine classroom instruction with real-life, hands-on practice that helped build the solid foundation that launched her career.

Upon graduating, Betsy expanded her real estate career to the Atlanta area. Since then, she has helped hundreds of metro-Atlanta area families not only live their dreams but live in them. Today, Betsy helps others buy, sell, renovate, and design their dream homes and spaces.

Betsy’s market knowledge is unparalleled and her ability to relate to clients unmatched. The dedication and commitment she showed all those years ago in Athens is still there today, and she goes above and beyond for all of her clients, helping to ensure a real estate experience that’s as seamless as possible.

Since moving to Lake Allatoona six years ago, Betsy has helped to create the kind of community she wants all her clients to experience. She believes that lake living is a dream that families at any stage of life can achieve and enjoy.

OUR STORY

Unlike other real estate agents, Betsy has practiced what she preaches. She has bought, sold and renovated her own lakeside property. After enjoying many summer days at Lake Allatoona, Betsy and her family decided to relocate to the lake full time. Betsy is a multi tasker. She bought a house on Tuesday and had a baby Thursday then spent the next 10 months renovating

Since moving, Betsy’s love for the Lake Allatoona neighborhood continues to grow. She has felt the transformation living by the water brings and has been personally impacted by the community. Her small children have greatly enjoyed the various outdoor activities the lake offers. Betsy has committed to serve this neighborhood and is excited to see how it grows in the future.
