South Keeler Renovation

When Penny reached out about working together on her home renovation, I knew we would be a good fit. The house had been abandoned for 8 months and was in pretty bad shape. Upon touring this home, Penny immediately saw the potential of a new dream home for her family. The home was built in 1968 with 2,587 sqft holding 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms located off the Marietta square.

As you can see through the photos, we took down walls to make more of an open floor plan and added a master suite to the back. We installed new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and design elements. We took down trees in the front and added a backyard patio. After almost a year of construction, the Ferrells were able to move in to their newly transformed home.
